When speaking to yourself fuck it or fuck them is a mantra that lifts any excess burden.

We rarely talk openly about our self talk practices, but how we speak to ourselves has a great impact on our life.

I would never say a human can care too much because our ability to show empathy elevates or being. However, I would say it’s possible to care too much about the wrong thing.

For example, what peace does it bring you to carry around someone's dislike for you? What does harboring any negativity do for the health of your spirit?

We are on this earth to align with our purpose, we aren’t here to live anyone else’s life.

Creating healthy distance is not selfish. Developing an ability to be positive when faced with adversity leads to less harm caused to yourself and others.

You deserve to be happy, so fuck them or fuck it, not directly, but indirectly; in your head or out loud when you’re by yourself. Don’t let them or it hold you down for one more second, let it go and leave it right there.

A, “fuck you,” is a move around the obstacle that’s obstructing your synergy.

A “fuck you,” is realignment because you don’t owe anyone your time and you don’t owe anyone your peace.

This isn’t about negativity. This isn’t about spite. This isn’t about getting even. This is about protecting your aura. This isn’t for anyone to take personal besides you. Take it or leave it.

When speaking to yourself fuck it or fuck them is a mantra that lifts any excess burden.
